Prints for
this project employ a secret, proprietary prnting process. The process
utilizes a variable range, multi-plate and tone, color printing
technique. Each print required six separate impressions comprising
four blacks, a tone color and a selected varnish application. The
inks were manufactured especially for this project in France, utilizing
ancient formulas available only to a very select group of master
printmakers. The acid free, woven mouldmade paper was also custom
produced for this project in England.
